Languisition Language Studio FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions about homeschool language learning classes from Languisition.
-
Languisition classes may be used by homeschool families for high school foreign language credit. 1 full year of classes = 1.0 credits. Students 6th-12th are eligible for high school credit. Just reach out for any further details on how classes will be counted for credit.
-
No prior experience is required. Beginner classes are designed for students with little or no background in the language.
-
Yes. Our classes use rolling enrollment, so students can join at any time. Unlike traditional public school classes, our students don’t need to be at the exact same level. Our goal with every class is to get every student on the same page from the content given in each specific lesson, not on their total proficiency of the language. Total proficiency distinction is made in our separation of beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes.
-
Classes meet once per week on a consistent schedule. This allows students to build skills without overwhelming their regular homeschool routine. They are also given mid-week reviews for best language retention.
-
We keep classes small — typically 5–8 students — so every child has time to speak, participate, and receive individual attention.
A class will begin when 5 students are enrolled. We cap classes at 10 students.
-
All classes are live and interactive, taught in real time by an instructor. A short demo and sample lesson are available on our website.

You may cancel at anytime. We don’t require anyone to be in contract for long enrollment periods. Typically enrollment is paid in a month-by-month basis and you may cancel at any time. If you intend to cancel, we ask that you inform us 7 days prior to the month desired to cancel to ensure cancellation for that month.
